I have been seeing Dr Nick Bassal for 9 years and in that time he has been caring and compassionate. He has helped me deal with a chronic health condition that other doctors gave up on. I would highly recommend him. He always listens and monitors my health.

Dr Nick Bassal helped me work through a very difficult period in my life. It was so unusual to have a GP who was also a psychotherapist - someone who was able to see people as a 'whole person' with respect to the mind and body. I always felt very respected with Dr Bassal, and I still recount his advice, years on.

Dr Basal is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. Kind, caring, knowledgable and willing to look outside the box. Desperate to find someone like him in Auckland!

I've also had a bad experience at this clinic with several doctors. I used to feel like Dr Bassal at least cared however over time he seemed to completely lose interest in me, he would get aggressive and I generally got the impression the whole clinic didn't want me there any more, so I never went back. This was over two years ago now. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

The worst doctor I have ever encountered. He claims he's a psychotherapist and a counsellor but the level of genuine empathy in this man is laughable. His knowledge of complementary, integrative medicine belongs in the 1970's when he founded his Wholistic Medical Centre in Surry Hills. You will not get better under this man's "care", and you will pay a small fortune. He will make you think he's the only person who can help but then make t help you st all.

Also the new woman who runs the clinic, a large blonde woman whose name I forget, is a horrible human being. I've heard her laughing about patients behind their back. Staff there at least used to be decent.
