I took my 2 yr old daughter in for a procedure. Mr. Bowers rubbed the q-tip with numbing gel on my daughters gum for maybe 15 sec,did not wait to inject the needle. I researched online, He should had waited atleast a minute to make sure she didnt feel the needle. She about puked it hurt her so bad. I trusted him but after this I DONT!

I would never take my kids to this dentist office. It is a total waste of my time. Very unfriendly staff. Your wait time in this office is 2-21/2 hours if it is not for cleaning. I bet there are several good pediatric dentist in this area then why this office? I am very unhappy with the service and the wait time. They did a filling and said my kid would be fine for 3-4 months and set the appointment..but it helped only for couple of days...please don't go there.
