Dr Ham dealt with the issue with my elderly mother promptly and was able to read between the lines in terms of the most pressing needs. I appreciated her supportive approach.

Dr Ham refused a blood test and told me I did not need medical treatment, her lack of enthusiasm landed me in the ER less than 2 weeks later. The ER staff were quite literally speechless that I was in the condition that I was in and that I had seen a medical professional 3 times that refused a blood test every time. All I needed was that blood test, but Dr Ham was sure she knew best and was sure I was making it up and exaggerating my condition.
