Dr counsel was extremely blunt, rude, dismissive and cold towards me. Assumed the answers to many questions before actually asking me and the very short appointment seemed an inconvenience to her. I have seen her in person previously and assumed she was just having a bad day when in fact she just lacks bedside manner and basic compassion. There’s a reason she always has last minute availability.

The best GP in Melbourne, and that is from personal experience with over a dozen in recent years including many experienced ones.
Her knowledge approaches that of a General Physician and her professionalism makes other GPs and Specialists I've seen look incompetent.
I have a serious condition and I drive 4 hours because it is well worth it. A bad GP won't just waste time and money; in the instance you really need a doctor without being guided to the right Specialists who receive accurate and relevant guidance about you; the patient, its all garbage in garbage out. I make the drive because Dr Counsel does this properly and she is also really personable, void of any arrogance some medical professionals unrighteously convey, and a great person.
