Seen dr Tompkins the entirety of my first pregnancy. She’s kind and quick to answer any questions. Would reccomend.

Been seeing Liz for a number of years now, she’s supported me through all of pregnancies. She does run a bit late sometimes but it’s definitely worth it for how knowledgeable and friendly she is. I wouldn’t see another doctor for anything.

The receptionist I spoke to was very short and rude with me however Dr Tompkins was great, she answered all my questions and was very kind and patient. This isn’t my first baby but Liz has been the best doctor I’ve seen with any of my pregnancies.

I’ve been seeing Dr Liz Tomkins for my first pregnancy and she’s been super helpful. She has reassured me a lot considering I’m a very anxious person, I’d highly recommend her especially for first time mummas!

Liz Tompkins was very rude & disrespectful, definitely would not recommend seeing her as a doctor. She wouldn’t let me finish speaking before butting in so rudely. It’s my first pregnancy & I wanted to see my baby on a scan but she got very funny because I came back to get a scan after 2weeks of seeing my actual doctor. Sorry I’m excited for my first pregnancy:/ Anyway she was very VERY disrespectful, so please save yourselves & don’t go to her ever. Waste of time!!!

Made an appointment & drove 45mins into Albany to get there. Cancelled 20mins before so I'd made a 1.5hr round trip for nothing. So I made an appt elsewhere. She rang a few days later & immediately started asking a barrage of questions before I had a chance to say I had made said appt. She first barked at me that I should have organised to see her sooner (this is my first pregnancy so idk what I'm doing). Then she snapped at me for 'wasting her time' when I finally had a chance to tell her I had an appt with someone else... I guess the irony of that statement was lost on her. I may not be a doctor, but my time is also valuable.

Side note - the member of staff who cancelled my appointment was also useless. She didn't state where she was from and could barely hear her whispering & mumbling. Won't be going back to GSR Medical that's for sure. Horrible experience.

Thank you to Liz for looking after me during pregnancy, water birth and then for her great help with breast feeding. I had previously seen her when I had problems with anxiety and depression and she really listened and helped me. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a very friendly and supportive doctor in Albany.

Overall very nice. Liz told me it was a privilege to look after me in pregnancy and in my labour. I felt very confident with her there at the end. A lovely relaxed and positive attitude towards natural child birth.

She does run a bit late but can be forgiven due to her lovely attitude. Listens well - looks at you and not the computer! Liz has delivered my 2 babies and she clearly loves this aspect of her job. Nothing seemed too much trouble. SRMG is a great practice with helpful and friendly staff.
