A friend highly recommended I see Dr Francis, and after bad experiences with other expensive specialists, the negative reviews here put me off. I'm glad that friend keep encouraging me to give Dr Francis a go. He's been able to help where other GPs and expensive specialists dismissed me or did nothing. I've struggled with chronic fatigue and massive weight gain for years; after a thorough history Dr Francis sent me for various tests and I was found to have severe sleep apnoea and a raft of genetic mutations which impede my metabolism and nutritional uptake. With a CPap and supplements my energy levels are significantly better and my abdominal pain has reduced. I am confident he will be able to help me with my weight as he is finding and addressing underlying causes. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable, taking time to explain what is going on and why he is recommending what he does. He is very expensive to see, but worth every cent.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Francis. He has helped turn my life around. I was suffering terribly with joint pain issues, post menopausal symptoms & bloating. Dr Francis has turned my life around 5 months on from my initial appointment, various tests & the introduction of body identical HRT & a recommended eating plan & a couple of other helpful naturopathic supplements. I feel like I’m a new person. My joint pain has improved dramatically. I’m sleeping better at night without night sweats & my bloatedness has improved significantly. He is a very thorough doctor, knowledgeable in his field & I like that he is thorough in his testing before prescribing medications. He also takes an extensive history about yourself. Thank you very much Dr Francs.

Very good doctor. One of the last remaining few in Perth who takes a truly holistic approach. You do have to wait and he's expensive but he's worth it.

Don't go see Nathan if you are going to continue to believe everything your GP tells you. Some of these reviews have no clue. If you want a detailed, knowledgeable doctor who looks at natural, alternative AND regular/modern medicine - as in an integrative Doctor then go for it. He is hard to see for a reason - and if you are not going to eat right then there is no point in spending your money. Nathan has helped me lose 20 kilos, get my sanity back, lose the hot flushes and brain fog and grow my hair back. My GP never would have done that. I feel like I did 20 years ago. He will look at your whole body, symptoms etc and give you a way to feel better.

Dr Francis has looked after both my aged mother & father for past 3 years. He actively liaises with GP and geriatrician. He is compassionate, empathetic and thorough. Has assisted both significantly. Would love to use him as their GP, but he operates on the other side of Perth. Would recommend his holistic approach to anyone

Disappointed at the lack of interest shown. Found this doctor to be abrupt, and rude. Will not be returning and certainly would not recommend. I like to be able to have a good relationship with my doctor not be treated as an inconvenience.
