Bad experience with this Dr. She was unfriendly and didn't help at all.

Dr. Hatherley is very caring, thorough, pro-active and very patient with my elderly Mother. Her treatment includes acupuncture and this shows her belief in looking at the patient holistically.
The staff at North Road Medical Clinic is polite, friendly and efficient.

Dr HATHERLEY has to be one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is always on time and professional. Dr HATHERLEY takes her time during the consultation and always provides a thorough service. Dr HATHERLEY has a holostic approach to health. The staff at the clinic are great. They do not provide bulk billing but I don't mind paying for this level of service. I will NEVER go back to a bulk billing clinic after going to North Road Medical Clinic. I highly recommend them.
