This clinic needs to get with the times, writing appointments in books, unable to do escripts or even fax. Also looks a bit rundown and nor very clean

Really disappointed with our appointment with dr McNeil. He’s completely dismissive of all of our concerns regarding our new born, never even let us finish a sentence. In the end he offered no solutions and basically told us to deal with it. Would not recommend!

After 10 years looking after my son with high functioning ADHD called to ask for a script to cover until could get in for an appointment he refused to provide one, my son was left without medication for over a month while attending school and completing year 10.NO DUTY OF CARE WHAT SO EVER TO PATIENTS. Can not believe after 10 years of being under Dr Mcneills care that this has happened, leaving a child without medications after having been stable on the same medication for over 6 years Absolute disgrace to the medical profession

Richard is amazing, he has dealt with all of my children for the past ten years, from epilepsy to two of my childrens autism diagnosis. Helped with all of my NDIS and Carers Payment Applications. He always seems to know whats going on with them, would not trust anyone else with my kids. A bit of a waiting list to get app, but worth the wait.

Dr McNeill is great. He is straight to the point and no nonsense. He is extremely knowledgeable.

Needs to increase his ability to listen to valid concerns of parents. Instead of being dismissive and assuming what he thinks is always correct

Will do anything to avoid assisting with NDIS; refused to give an Autism Level diagnosis despite verbally stating levels in appointments.
