This Dr appointed by an insurance company was the reason I was denied LTD. He prescribed doubled the dose of the SSRI i was taking plus Effexor plus colozopam plus an anti psychotic plus 10 sessions of weekly therapy for what he diagnosed me as having "mild anxiety" I refused to take all of those meds and my disability was terminated. This was from 1 appointment with this doctor. One. Absolutely corrupt.

Dr. Natarajan diagnosed my Major Depressive Disorder last year. He worked with me to find the best combination of meds and made sure that they were non-habit forming. He looks you in the eye when you speak to him and really listens. I didn't need to use it (yet) but he also does the TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). He worked with my benefit provider while I was off work and helped with the transition back to work a year after I left. Very caring.

I started seeing Dr. Natarajan after my GP felt a psychiatrist would be better to oversee my mental health medications. He did help me find a combination of meds for anxiety/depression and seemed empathetic when I took a short mental health leave from work. He still does paper prescriptions which I find inconvenient.

My main issue started when I brought up ADHD. He said he didn't diagnose it and I needed an assessment which was fine but then said it would be a waste of money because bupropion is just as good as a stimulant for ADHD. I got a diagnosis from the LDAS and at our next appointment 6 months later he said he didn't want to rush and change anything up. I felt it was not rushing at all since I had waited until our scheduled appointment and had been looking into if I could have ADHD for months before my diagnosis. He did not leave room for me to say which symptoms where my main concern other than focus. He then told me to meditate consistently which is good but not that easy with ADHD. I feel like it is because trying a new medication would mean more frequent appointments.

I have many in person visits over 10 years now. He is definitely the best Psychiatrist in his field. He did save my life from Bi-Polar.

I have never felt so ignored and disrespected by a doctor in my life.

He was ove a half hour late

To open the appointment I was repeatedly called the wrong name, and when I corrected him my correct name was recorded as a preferred name, not my legal name.

Dr. NatarajanNatarajan questioned the validity of my previous diagnosis, which were done by a different psychiatrist in the city.

When I expressed that I wasn't interested in medication he became way less engaged in the appointment.

I was referred to pursue a diagnosis that I, my family doctor, and my therapist all believe I may have, and he refused to even write it on my intake sheet.

Durring my appointment he completed the intake sheet with me, then told me to seek therapy and come back in 6 months.

I would give him a 0 if I could, don't go here if you

Front staff are friendly. That’s all I’ll give them. Natarajan is absolutely useless. He has no clue what he’s doing and should probably be working at McDonalds.

Dr. Natarajan was my doctor for over 10 years. The negative reviews are true. I am guessing the positive reviews are written by his friends to get better rating. What I found is He simply doesn't care about me or his patients. He saw me for 4 or 5 minutes and then told me we are done. This Doctor didn't have sympathy and had turned me into a vegetable and a zombie with powerful meds that had serious side effects. I am glad I changed my psychiatrist. I finally got my life back

Dr. Natarajan helped me to get a new life back. Without him I would have been dead now. He is extremely knowledgeable and has extensive qualifications and experience and we are fortunate to have him in Saskatchewan. I am very thankful to him forever.

Dr Natarajan was very nice, took time to ask questions and not just do the standard rating scales and make appropriate recommendations to optimize my medications. I had an overall positive experience with dr Natarajan and his office. With his expertise, my family doctor and my therapist I am back to work with my mental health on track.
