Ian just didn't listen to what I wanted. He was only ever interested in pushing on me the most expensive way of doing things, not what I as the patient wanted. As though I was just a body with an unlimited amount of cash - rather than the individual I wanted to be treated as. He quoted me $5000 for a treatment that I got for $2000 down the road. And he insisted on giving me a filling in one of my wisdom teeth even though I had told him I had planned on getting them out, which he gave me a referral for at an expensive dentist, even though I had told him I was getting them out in hospital. I've moved on from him and I'm guessing he hasn't changed.
