Dr. Bearden is the most compassionate knowledgeable psychiatrist I have ever seen. He will work with you on medication issues. He is a great therapist with good insight and extremely level-headed. Whether in the hospital or in the office he gives great care. I'm not sure what the first poster's information was but he is a board certified psychiatrist.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient under Dr. Bearden's care for a number of years. He treats me for bipolar disorder, stress related syndrome, and dissoative disorder. His insight and compassion has saved my life on more than one occasion. I would probably not be alive today if not for his care and compassion. Greedy?!? Hardly. You do know an MD can be a psychiatrist, do you not?

In my opinion...Do not go see Dr. Bearden as a psychiatrist. Only after taking my daughter there and paying my $175.00 and then calling back about my disappointments with treatment was I informed that he is not a psychiatrist? He is an MD? I am not sure why all over the internet he referred to himself as a psychiatrist? I am not sure why the people that referred me to him as a psychiatrist did that? I believe that he misrepresents himself when all over the internet it says psychiatrist and took my money under that pretense. I feel cheated by a greedy thief Dr. Our problem is worse not better. Thanks Doc? Not :(
