Dr. Palermo is very knowledgeable, professional, and personal. He actually listens to you!

He listens, does his exams, speaks with you about your concerns and explains what he thinks is going on.

Appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am, first appointment of the day. I wasn't seen until 12:15. I understand things happen but this is the third time in a row. I will be looking for a new cardiologist.

We like Dr Palermo, but because of a pacemaker in addition to cardiac issues, separate appointments had to be made, on different days. VERY inconvenient, explained by office staff as necessary due to biling. We found that odd as we have seen cardiologists in the past that have only needed one visit. Needless to say, we changed to another group that can do a pacemaker check with regular appointments (and I was charged to send the old records too). Good doctor, bad practice.

I was charged 85.00 for my copay, when it was only 40.00 and I had the insurance rep on the telephone and no one would speak with her to veryify what I was telling them was correct. I have recv'd my EOB and to date have not recv'd my refund. The Doctor was great but that office leaves alot to be desired on how it is run. I also filed a complaint with my insurance company about the over charge.

Truly an exception to the norm, very conscientious, thorough, caring professional. Refreshing experience in today's cold, impersonal society. Highly reccomend Dr. Palermo !!!
