I got 3 procedures with Dr Sinno and it changed my life! This doctor is the most humane, humble and understanding I have ever met. I had other consults with other doctors before I took the best decision of going with him, I connected the most he took his time which is very crucial to me. Dr. Sinno is a rare find, unlike most doctors. You can immidetly feel the care her has for his patients. The consultation was very detailed and reassuring. The entire team is sweet and helpful. The direct access to their nurses was very helpful throughout the recovery process. If you're looking to still look yourself but better, while also staying natural, i think he's your doctor.

I got my nose job with dr sinno back in 2018, showed him pictures of exactly what I wanted, during our consultation he told me that if I wasn't satisfied with my nose after 2 years he could do a revision rhinoplasty and I would only have to pay the cost of the medical room rental (about 1500$ cad). I let my nose swelling go down for 2-3 years to see the final results and even though to most people this nose job would be considered okay, I myself was not satisfied. I specifically paid a lot to get the nose that I wanted. I went back to him and told him my concerns, my nose droops a bit at the tip and from the side profile drags my face down a bit. He told me that he sees exactly what I'm talking about and that we can do a revision to fix it. In my head I was thinking about what he had told me at the consultation that I would only have to pay the medical fees, then once I go to schedule everything with his assistant she tells me its gonna be 13k.. I explained how he had told me in the past it that if I wanted a revision I wouldn't have to pay for the actual surgery, she then told me we'd have to schedule another consultation to discuss things with dr sinno. I booked an appointment and the day before my appointment she called me and said we'd have to reschedule, this happened 3 times which had not happened ever before (I have gotten lip injections with him many times and there was never a cancellation) after waiting 3 months just to get a consultation with him he tells me "the results that you're looking for can only be done with an open rhinoplasty not a closed one the prices are different". When I originally spoke to him at the first consultation I showed him pictures of exactly what I wanted, I never mentioned opened/closed I didn't even know there were different ways of doing a nose job. Then after explaining this to him he settled and said "I want you to be happy, so I am willing to do the surgery for 5k", I wanted my perfect nose so I said okay. I had an appointment for it 2-3 months after that. Two weeks before my surgery I get a phone call from dr sinno telling me "Hi, I wanted to call you to tell you that I don't feel comfortable doing this surgery for you, I don't think I can give you the results that you want" even though beforehand when we were originally discussing my revision rhinoplasty (where he thought I was ready to pay 13k) he told me the results are very doable. I was played around for 5 months with stalled appointments and also waiting for my surgery just to be told 2 weeks before that he needs to cancel it. I paid 7k for that nose job and now I'm gonna end up paying 13k for a nose job somewhere else because he didn't want to stick to his word. I also don't trust him because I had a consultation with him about an eyebrow lift and he told me "thread lifts are better" which we all know now that thread lifts are really not worth it, it was gonna be 4k for thread lifts when i could just pay 6k for an eyebrow lift that's more permanent. Thank god I didn't take his advice because after I went researching into thread lifts and asking other plastic surgeons most of them advised against it. He's really not a trustworthy surgeon. If you want lip fillers and botox he's good at that but when it comes to surgeries especially for the price you can find much better.

My experience with Dr. Sinno and his team was beyond fantastic. I underwent surgery in April and I am extremely satisfied with the results. His quality of work is exceptional! From the first moment that I met Dr. Sinno I knew I was in the best hands. He is always attentive, empathetic and respectful. Just to name a few of his qualities. His knowledge and ability to answer all your questions really puts you at ease.

A great doctor must also have a great team and that is exactly what Dr. Sinno has! Iryna and Viktor are so knowledgeable, kind and comforting. They were always there to answer my questions whether it was pre or post-op. Andrea was a big help as well when it came to scheduling appointments. Very satisfied with the organization and timeliness overall.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sinno. He has made a significant change in my every day life and I am forever grateful.
