Very arrogant, one of the worst bedside manners I've ever seen and I work at a hospital. I do not recommend him.

Dr Carl Moores was very professional, compassionate and kind. .He has excellent bedside manner and was very concerned with my recovery every step of the way. Dr Moores is an awesome surgeon. Thank you for your care and attention. Also, Dr Moores staff Mary was very efficient, caring and check the office voicemail on her day off and provided me with care that I have required after surgery. Thank you Mary

Dr Moore’s is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained in detail the shoulder replacement and repair he had to do. He took the time to chat and make sure we understood the healing process. Keep up the great bed side manner and your care and concern for you patient.

A friend reminded today of my terrible experiences with this doctor. So I read his ratings. I thought it was only me with such negative appointments with him. I really can’t believe the good experiences. His family or staff had to write them. He mocked my pain, laughed at my tears and dismissed my issues. Said he could do nothing to help me. Made fun of my GP with whom he attended medical school. Belittled him, commented that he can’t believe my doctor was married because he can’t believe anyone would marry him. When I went back for a revisit, he said what are you doing back here? He is the most arrogant, egotistical, rude and sarcastic doctor I’ve ever encountered. Deplorable human.

Saw Dr Moores about a rotator cuff tear. He was very knowledgeable and honest about everything he was going to do. Surgery went well the recovery takes quite awhile but that is to be expected. He did so much more then the repair and I am well on the road to recovery. Thanks for everything you have done I am very optimistic. Would recommend Dr Moores as an awesome surgeon. Thank you see you soon for a follow up can’t wait to show you the progress.

Dr. Moores was very knowledgeable, caring and professional. I had a broken shoulder that required surgery for a complete reverse shoulder replacement. Recovery has been slow but steady. Quite pleased with the Dr. And highly recommend him

Very arrogant and rude, was referred to him by my family doctor who had been in practice for 30+ years. Essentially made fun of my family doctor who has never steered me wrong and said he has no qualifications to say that’s what’s wrong with me. I had an injury from an MVA and he had a booklet printed off for me of stretches before he even spoke to me. I am stronger guy so I was broad and muscular, he told me that my only problem was I lift too heavy (we never once discussed going to the gym). Told me that I should lift lighter weights and that his workout program was better than mine (which I don’t care). Just truly speaks to his arrogance. I am a young man so surgery was something I was hoping to avoid but I was hoping to get some consultation. Waited months to see him and he completely wasted my time and blew off the seriousness of my injury. Whether or not my family doctor was unqualified or not it was extremely unprofessional to hear a doctor talking about another doctor like that.
