I made my appointment, drove about 30 miles to the office, filled out 4 pages of forms including one which said I would have to pay if I didn't show up for a visit . . . then, about 20 minutes past when I was supposed to be seen, was informed he wasn't showing up that day. He apparently had left a TEXT MESSAGE on the receptionist's phone . . . this was his way of notifying the office of his absence. If my car mechanic did this, I would be annoyed. This was a skin cancer-based appointment.

Went to him for almost a year- I had an obvious medical condition that he was unable to diagnose.Went to another dermatologist who diagnosed it in two minutes.

I tried to get into see him but was not able to as he was running over an hour behind. My schedule is too tight for this kind of wait. As a result I had to leave and make another appointment which was annoying.

He's not the chatty type, so if you're looking for social interaction, go elsewhere. He definitely knows his stuff and spent more than a few minutes explaining the options available for my skin concerns (I went in for a cosmetic procedure). I will be going back; I trust him.

I thought he was very rude and arrogant. He didn't introduce himself or did he appear to have time for any questions which was annoying since I was a first time patient. He also seemed annoyed that I didn't present with something more serious. Like is that it????

Dr. Troy Rustad is VERY knowledgeable and helpful - I would refer any of my friends to him. He does tend to run late sometimes, but I would rather have a doctor spend a little extra time with me and run a little late than be punctual but shoo me along as quickly as possible.

Dr. Rustad took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. He doesn't run patients through like other dermatologists

ALWAYS LATE!!!! Did not spend any time with me and was very rude to his staff who are very nice.
