At the time of occurance, Dr May was out of town on vacation and I can't fault her for my body's poor timing of having multiple cysts rupture (undiagnosed at the time) while she was out of the office. I will fault her staff's inability to at least let me try to see anyone in the office for help. I will fault her for her unprofessionalism, because when I finally got in to speak with her (still intending to keep her as my PCP) to inform that I would be seeing an OBGYN for those needs, she bad mouths another practice and tells me I won't get the care or attention from them and WALKED out while we were speaking and slammed the door. Needless to say, after that event I didn't keep her as my PCP either.

Treats patients as if they don't know anything about their own body. A professional should not roll their eyes at you when you are discussing your health with them.
