Lauren is so personable, she doesn't talk "at" you. She hears me and makes a real connection. I have my daughter coming to see her in a few weeks. Happy I found someone who listens and cares.

Had trouble trying to get an appointment. I was glad I waited to see her because it was a good experience overall. She knew my history and all the follow up I needed. I was worried they might not have my records, but it was not a problem. I look forward to seeing Lauren again.

The company has changed hands, which I was very nervous about. I was relieved after my visit though.
For background-I used to see one of the doctors there, so I was hesitant to see a nurse practitioner. Lauren exceeded my expectations. She was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I had to wait a long time to get an appointment, but that is not any fault of the doctor or nurse practitioners. But other than that, the experience was pleasant .
I would see her again, but I would like to meet the doctor who actually does my procedures at some point.
It was a bit annoying to have to be seen to get my medications refilled, as I didn't have to before. I don't know if this is something new or the insurance requires it maybe.

I have been seeing Lauren for over a year. She is wonderful and has made the transition to a new doctor less stressful. She goes over test results with me in detail and makes sure I understand everything. Very helpful and kind. The office staff is also very nice. I don't usually wait long to see her

Lauren really listens to you. I never feel rushed or brushed off. She has really helped me to keep my IBS under control with diet and she recommend a specific probiotic that actually works wonders for my body! Would recommend her to family and have to friends. She truly cares, and it shows.
This office does however seem to have a lot of computer issues, but its hasn't effected my visits.

I have a complex medical history. As a new patient, Lauren took the time to go through everything with me and even update my chart that was missing information. I felt listened to and she was very knowledgeable. Would recommend to family and friends
