Dr.Richards did my breast augmentation in 2014 when I was 23. He along with his entire staff were very attentive and kind from throughout the entire process. I cannot stress enough that the patience it takes to dealing with me is very high and he along with his staff accommodated me all the way. My calls and emails were returned immediately and the process was very smooth. I had a follow up the week after, a month after, three months after and then 12 months in which all visits were extremely pleasant and he examined me thoroughly and made sure I was doing the proper exercises to help the implants drop. I was a 32 B cup and now I am a 32 DD. I chose to go with the "gummy bear" silicone 450cc moderate plus profile. My results are amazing and I am extremely happy. It takes an entire year to see your final results due to swelling so do not make any changes until at least 12 months as you have not yet seen your final result. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr.Richards and his entire staff. His experience is invaluable and you could not be in better hands. I also go to his offie for cheek fillers which I am very pleased with and plan to have a few more procedures with him in the near future.

It's been over 2 years and I am still not over the upsetting experience I had with Franklin Richards. I will put it all in summary form so I don’t take up the next hour of your time with details. 1. One of my two procedures was to be a bilateral brow lift. What I woke up with (and didn’t need) was a complete forehead lift. I now have a scar that runs across the entire top of my forehead instead of 2 small incisions at the temple. I found it interesting that another reviewer on here also had a wrong procedure. 2. At the last minute, I didn’t have the nurse I was assigned and who I went through all the postop appointments with. Minor but nonetheless another thing that went wrong. 3. My biggest nightmare came true, I woke up during surgery, several times. It is traumatizing. 4. Not only did I wake up during the surgery but I woke up to both Franklin Richards and Dean Jabbs sewing me up. My husband, who was in the front waiting area, heard a staff member say they were running out of time so they brought in Dean Jabbs, who I did not hire to do my surgery. 5. The other procedure I had was a facelift. I was told during my consultation that most patients get away with just using Tylenol for post-surgery pain. B.S. I was in so much pain I cried for 5 days (and throughout the night) and wondered if it was all really going to be worth it. 6. Was it worth it? The answer to that is a resounding no. There is absolutely no change in the appearance of my face. None. Not even my own children or sister noticed I had anything done. I am so embarrassed there is no change I have never told them. It looks nothing like the way Franklin Richards showed me it would look when he held up my face during my initial appointment with him. $13,000 dollars later and my after picture looks exactly like my before picture. I am reminded of it every time I look in the mirror. I’m sure Franklin Richards has not given my dissatisfaction a second thought. He had an answer for everything when I tried to talk to him about it.

Dr. Richards is a very talented and experienced plastic surgeon. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering having plastic surgery. I am 3 weeks out from having both upper and lower eyelids and my neck done -- and the results are more than I could have hoped for. Very natural looking -- not at all "done" which I SO didn't want, and the care, patience and guidance throughout the process was amazing. Thanks so much Dr. Richards and the whole staff!

Very frustrating experience. Please do your research. Doctor did not do as was discussed. and I am not alone in having this happen.

This has been the most exceptional experience I could imagine. Dr Richards and Joanne, my patient coordinator, made this entire experience amazing. I am 100% satisfied with my results and the personalized service I received along the way. Dr. Richards was even available on the weekends and personally called me from home multiple times over the weekend to check on a minor complication. I was treated with the utmost respect and they took the time to help my husband feel comfortable In his understanding of the procedures as well. I will absolutely recommend this team to my friends and family and will use them again in the future.

In my mid 60s now, very active: still working, dance regularly, travel, enjoying my grandkids and more free time than I ever had before my present semi-retirement. Busy enough not to notice my aging, yet aware of the fact that dance partners prefer younger (looking) partners. Plus... refused to have my children see what aging can do to otherwise vital individual, I decided to do something about it. After interviewing several doctors, and collecting recommendations, I selected Dr. Richards of Cosmetic Surgery Associates. Truly a wonderful choice. It has been over 3 months from my fairly extensive procedure (eyes, chin, lift) I feel and look great! Men never pass me by for a dance partner and (some) women tell me how great I look (while others are simply envious:) Jokes aside, I will recommend Dr.Richards to any woman who is interested in enhancing her looks: professional, honest, friendly, and appreciative doctor and staff of CSA made all the difference.
One more thing: day after surgery I was eating almonds feeling no discomfort whatsoever. Who else but a magician could offer surgery like this?!
