Diana was the most wonderful and caring FNP. She took excellent care of my daughter when we were on vacation in Palm Springs and had to go to the ER. She was very knowledgeable and caring!

I was seen today by Ms.Diana Zingg FNP-BC in the ER at Desert Regional Medical Center,Palm Springs,CA.Through a long series of events I already knew my diagnoses. I had plenty of backup as well.She took the time(all I need,she said)to listen to me and when I started to produce more proof she simply said,I believe you. She did not know that I went from a "somebody" to a "nobody, overnight, due to a motorcycle accident. That kind, professional,knowledgable,FNP made me feel like a somebody again, but she'll never know it. She did not break, or even bend any rules, she used something called common sense.I wish no ill health on any man,or woman,but,if you do get sick,I hope you are lucky enough to have her attend to you.I guarantee it.
