She is consistently late to appointments by more than 15 minutes. Recently she fell of the face of the earth and has not responded to any messages leaving me without access to my medication

First visit was terrible. She didn't validate my health conditions or concerns. She questioned how I knew what I had, but using the terms "hydrocephalus" and "post nasal drip" isn't every day terminology unless you're in the medical field. She was completely dismissive and didn't hear what I had to say. It all felt so rushed and uncomfortable.
