Dr Segato is a fantastic doctor very welcoming to foreigners. He is very kind and very helpful. He took time to get to know me and my family.

Dr Segato is brilliant and a real joy to be around. He is attentive and knowledgeable, he always makes time to thoroughly go through test results and explain everything to me. This guy is a fantastic doctor! Truly blessed to have this guy in our community.

Dr Segato has been my family doctor since I was little. Really knows his patients and is very compassionate and friendly. Always a pleasure to meet with him.

I saw Dr. Segato the third time. The first two times he was helpful. This time he totally ignored my issues and he didn't even ask me or give me space.
A colleague of his clinic ordered a blood test for me after an infection. I came in to talk about the results with Dr. Segato (my family doctor) in Mai 2018. At the moment I told him, I'm moving away, he wasn't interested in my situation at all any more. He looked on his screen for some seconds and just said, everything is fine with the blood test.
He printed out the lab test "for my next doctor" and kicked me out of his room in the clinic.

At home I looked at the test in the detail and at one specific blood test, almost nothing was in range!
An arrogant Doctor, irresponsible behavior. Can't recommend him at all.

Wait times aren't great, but that's to be expected as Dr. Segato has generously dedicated his career to see both walk-in patients and his own patients. Be prepared for a long wait, but take comfort in the fact that Dr. Segato will take his time with each appointment. Expect to be on hold for 20 minutes if you are calling the clinic, but you'll see why when you are there and see how busy the receptionists are.

I feel fortunate to have such a caring doctor who always takes time for me despite busy crowded waiting rooms. This doctor goes the extra mile for you! I have always felt confident with Dr. Segato's advice and care.

Dr.Segato is the best doctor around. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He has been my doctor for years and is always very knowledgeable and patient. If you’re in the valley I highly recommend Dr Segato.
