The only reason I am offering more than 1 star rating across the board is because during chit chat, Kelly Drusen and her office staff are pretty friendly. Other than that, everything else is a waste of time. My her and my GYNO are in the same building and operate the same charting system. All my info and lab work done by both is on my chart together and they both have stated to me they have full access. That stated, I have had blood panels done for both except my GYNO did a more thorough test during a hormone checkup. My insulin resistance was shockingly high, however my insulin levels were at normal range during testing with Kelly. Kelly and her nurse keep insisting everything is normal, but my GYNO needs me to make urgent changes because I am at risk. No one is on the same page or taking me seriously even though they have access to all my labs. I do not look forward to speaking with her nurse because she rushes through the phone call as if she needs to go ASAP and is too busy to talk to you. During appointments, Kelly's bedside manner comes off rude and talks to you dismissively as in "i know better than you do." Be your own advocate with this office for sure.

Very through, easy to talk to. One of the best Nurse Practitioner McAlester has. Husband has been to her twice and she did all the proper tests. I didn't believe he had the flu well she tested and he did. This recent one was for tick fever. I can't believe someone called her rude, I'd say just the opposite. Very polite.

Very rude bedside manner as well as phone manners. Not good at diagnosis. I left there with no answers and no medication. She was so rude on the phone that I cried. I couldn't get an appointment on short notice anywhere else is why I used her that day. Too bad I still had to pay for such poor treatment. She even used the word UGH on the phone with me because I took too long to answer a question and she said I was waiting her time. This is as nicely as I am able to put my experience with her!!
