If you have ever seen this nurse I urge you to ask for a copy of your records. Make sure you go in and get them on the spot. Do not let them tell you you need to come back to retrieve them. You may be astonished what this woman wrote in your file. Without any knowledge of psychiatry, let alone a doctorate, this woman felt she was in the position to diagnose me with a horrible mental condition. I had met with this woman for maybe 15 minutes, and after speaking with me as if she were my best friend, baring her own soul and personal information about herself and her daughter, she felt she could diagnose me with a psychiatric condition she knows nothing about. I have seen my own psychiatrist for the past 15 years and have always known what my diagnosis is. And it is NOT what this woman wrote. Please, please, do your research before going to this woman for anything. And if you do, do not give her any personal information about yourself or anyone in your family. BTW, what she wrote about myself was actually diagnosed on my 17 year old sons records. I was not even there to speak about myself and this is now on my sons records. Be very careful.
