I had a very bad experience here. She did not listen at all and insinuated that I was imagining my condition. I explained a very serious medical condition (asthma) for which I needed help for and since she heard no congestion in my lungs at the time of the appointment (I had taken albuterol about an hour and a half beforehand...just so I could breathe well enough to get to the appt.) She basically said I was imagining the problem. Not only was she insulting and rude- not to mention condescending- she proved she practices very poor medicine when she basically shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t care or didn’t understand what I was saying when I said I was taking albuterol every four hours and that I needed help. She said “I can’t do that” when I asked her to help me treat that issue. If you want to be listened to, taken seriously, treated courteously, and be confident that your provider practices sound medicine, DON’T GO HERE. Don’t even pick up the phone. You will be wasting your precious time.
