I went to see Dr. Jacobson and she said "what are you here for"? I showed her a few places of concern and she froze them and left. Did not ask or look to see if there was anything else that could be concerning. Then charged an exorbitant amount of money. Will not be back.

My daughter made an initial appointment to see Dr. Jacobson. Dr. was not there. Saw a nurse. Nurse prescribed medication on a pad that had Dr. Jacobson's signature on blank forms. A month later, the medication didn't help, Dr. Jacobson said she was taking the wrong medication (that her nurse prescribed). On another visit, I asked to speak to the Dr. privately. She refused and told me I can say whatever I like in front of my (minor) child. Called on the phone with a problem. They refused to allow me to speak to the doctor. Dr. has an "I'm better than you" attitude. Worst place I've been.

Dr Jacobson has excellent rapport with her patients. She is very caring and considerate. My experience with her was that she is very sensitive to the needs of her patients and does what is best for them. I recently went to see her about a carcinoma on my face. I was worried about how the removal would affect my appearance and I believe Dr. Jacobson did everything within her power to reduce the potential affects of the scarring and improve my appearance. I was referred to her by a friend who also raves about her. I believe she is one of the best physicians in Nashville as far as bedside manner goes. I was very satisfied with the service that I received at my appointment and I have recommended her to several of my friends and acquaintences.

Nurse spoke down to my teenage son, explaining things to him like he was not bright. It was over an hour before we were seen as a new patient. Acne has not cleared up and has gotten progressively worse.

I've always been very happy with the service and degree of professionalism at Dr. Jacobsen's office. I've gone to her for years, and my father and husband now go there on my recommendation, as well. I appreciate her punctuality and attention.

Staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Jacobson was compassionate and thorough. The wait was minimal. Appreciate the cosmetic consultation by a professional consultant. Will definitely return.

I felt like I could have received better service at a fast food drive-through. The doctor came in stood 3 feet away from me and determined my ailment from there. When I asked additional questions, She replied "I'll give you something to put on that". I wanted a "why" and "what" can I do to prevent this rather than putting a cream on it. I will never return to this doctor nor will I recommend her to anyone.

Staff and Dr. Jacobson very friendly. They seemed knowledgeable. I wasn't happy that they were recommending other aesthetic enhancements that were in areas I had never noticed to be a problem. I disagree with their recommendations and hope they were not made in an effort to increase sales $. VERY, VERY bad bruising from Botox and Filler injections. Had same before from another Dr. with minimal to no bruising. These bruises took 3 weeks to heal. Not sure if it was technique but 1st time it happened to me. Therefore I will not return visit.
