First, I called weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and asked if any paperwork needed or all completed on Sutter Website. I was told complete on Website. 24 hours prior to my appointment I completed my paperwork and scanned front and back of my insurance card and completed full medical history and medications online received confirmation. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9a.m. appointment only to find zero parking near by building 5. I had to park all the way on other side of building #8. I rushed over to building #5 on my way stopped to help elderly woman that nearly fell over from the hike from handicap parking garage because that wS how full it was dam shame. After ensuring she was steady I rush up to be greeted by the nasty rude unfriendly receptionist blood hair did not even give me her name before barking orders I was 10 minutes late I had 5-minutes to fill out more paperwork that they never mailed or mentioned when I first made the appointment. Needless to say her demeanor was enough to show me what clientele was welcome at this location. I was relieved I left that hell of a place. I found a better one so much more polite and easy access, professional and parking is actually reasonable.
