On time for my appt but then spent 2 1/2 hours talking about anything and everything other than my medical concerns. Scheduled my follow up for 8 pm and told me to have a glass of wine before I come in. Needless to say, I cancelled that appointment.

1 hour late for appt, appearance unprofessional, had no idea of my medical history, and showed a total lack of knowledge in the subject we were discussing, quite scary to be honest. Among several patients that feel for many reasons that Dr. P. Ram's practice is not in anyway what it used to be.

He seems very friendly overly friendly he called me once to go over some non medical advice with me just so he could make contact with me. then he would send me txt asking how I was doing. He was not so knowledgeable when it came to my medical care actually I went for a second opinion and was told that Terry gave me completely wrong advice and medication.

More insistent on having a general conversation than discussing my medical conditions. The office is nice and clean, the staff could be friendlier. And he could be more attentive
