had terrible pain in my arm and neck.he diagnosed herniated discs in neck.did procedure and feel great!!

I have been seeing this Doctor for over a year. Always had a terrible time getting anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I let office know I only wanted to see the doctor as the NP injections were not effective. The 3 visits with the doctor, where Botox was injected for neck and head pain, worked well. This morning I was traveling the 1 hour for the appointment and received a phone call from the staff, saying the doctor was no longer doing Botox injections-only NPs. Was almost at his office, and in having severe pain in my neck, but doctor could care less, I guess. Am looking for a doctor with ethics, not turning his patient away at last minute.

Medical staff seem to overstep patient boundaries when doctor is not present. I asked a question about the dosage of my medication, the nurse and nurse practitioner wanted to refer me to another practice because I questioned them. They then told me they needed to drug test me even if my insurance wouldn’t pay. When I asked to do it next time they told me they wouldn’t give me my prescription unless I complied. Chrissy is excellent but the nurse and nurse practitioners far over step their roles.

Once you see him, he pushes you to nurse practitioner. Looks at patients as if walking bags of money. Shameful

Had a 130 appointment. I showed up 15 min early. After i had been there for 35 minutes an elderly couple walked in. Dr. Schnapp came out of his office and greated them as old friends.
I heard one of the nurses ask the other who was next. They took that couple into the dr.s office when it should have been me. I waited another 15 or 20 min before i asked how much longer it would be. They said not long. I left after waiting an hour and getting the runaround from these two nurses. Chrissy left for lunch, and there is no doubt in my mind that this would not have happened if she was there. She is professional and would have looked at the appointment schedule to see that i was next.
The two other women dont have a clue. No wonder this office has 3.5 stars. I wonder what would happened if i showed up an hour and a half late?

Terrible experience. He didn’t even perform neuro exam

This doctor does not take the time to do a full neuro exam or speak with you. Except on the first visit. Then, he wants you to see the P.A. he has the ability to be an awesome doctor...but if all you need a simple neurologist to examine you thoroughly once a year....find someone else. He also only gives to refills on non narcotics...which means you must make an appointment to see him for refills. $$$$

Excellent! Very thorough, careful and caring in his diagnosis. Dr Schnapp resolved my hip pain, shoulder pain, knee pain and temporarily my back pain. I believe in his abilities so much so, that I have referred my 32 yr old son to him for what I suspect is a pinched nerve. He's great!

Dr. Schnapp treatment has helped me. Until I went to his office I could not find help for my back issues. Dr. Schnapp is a wonderful doctor , his team are helpful and considered. Thank you for your kindness.
