My wife is 39 weeks pregnant and was scheduled for a maternity induced on July 10 2023 @ 4pm. Showed up to the OB floor and was told to wait on the waiting lobby, around 5pm we where called to the an office and they just took some basic information and told us to go wait again in the waiting area. That we would be called shortly and given a room. My had been instructed to not eat anything eight hour before 5pm. It’s currently at 12 midnight and are the only one’s in the waiting area. We go and ask for an update about every hour and the only response is that they will arrange us a room shortly because they are short staffed…..
