Receptionists were professional. Nurses were very nice. Dr. Marcum was very dismissive. I had an issue that concerned me, and called for an earlier appt. Was told by Dr. Marcum that my PCP is perfectly capable of taking care of all my problems, but he would like to know if I should experience shortness of breath. In that case he still would not see me in the office, but would refer me the E.R. When I told him that I was sorry I bothered him he started to backtrack - became kinder and pretended to act as though he was sympathetic. The damage was already done. Will continue to see him twice yearly because I need a cardiologist, but I am not a happy patient.
