I agree with the other reviews. Cheri Booker's staff will guarantee a miserable visit. If you aren't feeling terrible when you get there, you will feel terrible when you leave! Do not use this PA. She needs to manage her office staff and provide a safe comfortable place for patients. We should be able to give a negative star rating to her horrible staff.

I agree with the previous commenter. If I take time out of my day when I'm not feeling well, I should not be rushed out the door. Some insight: the exceptionally rude receptionist is her daughter, so she can't fire her. The rude assistant that wanted to rip my medical records out of my hands bec she was irritated at having to copy them? Don't know what the excuse for her is. The receptionist/daughter pointed out that I was the only one unhappy. Well, hon, your patients' satisfaction should be what matters. You were 1 for 1 before the only other patient there was seen.

So rude be minimal on the questions you ask I asked question on the phone and was hung up on. Never been treated so poorly I will never recommend.
