I had not had the opportunity to visit with Nicki Peters. You can contribute that to her rude, snippy and unprofessional staff answering the phones. My wife called on the morning of January 5 2016 to ask a follow up question. With everyone's health insurance deductibles extremely expensive my wife asked if they had "clinical hours," which is a quick appointment at a lower cost and offered at most offices. The receptionist very rudely and in a snippy tone replied... "We don't have that!" The staff is the first contact to new and existing clients and if you can't get passed them then the only ones who suffer are the clients. Also Nicki Peters came highly recommended. Don't believe everything you hear.
