DR. DECIDED IT WAS SLEEP APNEA BEFORE STUDY WAS EVEN DONE. OFFICE IS TERRIBLY DISORGANIZED. DECIDED TO DO A HOME STUDY AND THEY WERE STILL CALLING TO MAKE AN APPT FOR A STUDY IN HOUSE AFTER THE HOME STUDY WAS DONE. THEY DIDN'T REALIZE WE STILL HAD THEIR HOME STUDY EQUIPMENT OR REALIZE THAT IT WAS BROUGHT BACK! DR. NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL BACK AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS FOR HIM TO DO SO, TO DISCUSS RESULTS. DON'T GO HERE - DO NOT SEE THIS DR. THEY SEEM TO DIAGNOSE EVERYONE WITH SLEEP APNEA, BECAUSE THAT'S HOW THEY MAKE THEIR $$$

Very busy practice and yes I agree you have to wait a long time to see the doctor but worth the wait. He does treat you like you are his only patient and gives you the time you need. Always keep in mind that the patient before you might be getting bad news and push your appointment time later than scheduled. I know I wouldn't want a doctor that is looking at his watch and throw out there hey you have cancer..... And I'd love to speak to you about it but our times is up. He is a real family man and treats you like one of his own. Would highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Ciccarelli for several years now, and I am thrilled with him. He is very friendly, very personable, and if you have a long wait to see him, it's because he makes sure every patient gets the time with him that they deserve. I had an appointment on his one late night a week (Thursday) and yes, I waited a while. But when my turn came, he spent nearly an hour with me. So how can I complain? I bring a book, and when he's ready to see me, I get quality time with a fantastic doctor. 5 stars, no question.

Dr. Cicarelli has a busy practice but he is SO worth the wait. He is a smart physician but more importantly, he is a friendly person who realizes the importance of a bedside manner. His staff is friendly, too. I must wholeheartedly disagree with the one poor rating here - it does not sound at all like the Dr. Ciccarelli I have gone to for years.

Very down to earth and helpful...a good experience. Switched to Dr. Ciccarelli from another doctor in the same practice who was awful. Glad i did.

Absolutely terrible. Rarely present. Inattentive. Misdiagnosed, I would never recommend. Worst experience I've ever had.

Dr. Ciccarelli is not only a very knowledgeable doctor who makes you feel comfortable, but he is also a mensch, a really nice person. I completely recommend him and his staff.
