Came in today for my appointment with Dr Woodall who in my opinion is a great Dr. However, the staff is the sole reason i'm giving his practice 1 star across the board. This is the second time i've taken off work ($300 a day), to make these appointments with Dr Woodalls office. BOTH times i've showed up only to be turned away due to conflicting scheduling, and todays excuse was " illness". I waited over a month for BOTH appointments. This is absolutely unacceptable, hopefully Dennis reads this and makes some internal changes in his staff, because i will not be back!

Good DR. very bad staff. They have a nurse from HEL at that place. You call in for appointment and they will not make one. They say will call you back and never do.

Have always felt that Dr. Woodall listened and was willing to seek answers to my concerns. He made referrals when needed. The nurses have always been friendly.

Dr. was very helpful in my pain issues. Wait was no longer then any other dr. I have been to in the past. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone.

Has too many patients scheduled. Waited over an hour several times. Nurses are very unfriendly. Can't just call to make an appointment. They take your name and "maybe" call you back "sometime" that day. Had severe back problems and the doctor couldn't take over 5 minutes of his time between his other patients to really listen to my concerns.
