Great sense of humor and knowledgeable. No red tape from this guy at all. If you complain of an issue he will prescribe what you need or ask for. Truly believes that his patients know themselves and respects their input in relation to treatment and follow up care. However, the front office staff are pretty terrible even though its evident that some of them truly are doing their best. Very rude, and make a ton of mistakes. I asked for a refill of a prescription cream that I use from time to time and spelled it out for the woman who was making the arangements to have it sent over to the pharmacy and it was the wrong cream. This has happened more than once and that's why I am mentioning it. The nurse practitioner on staff is also really terrible. I was misdiagnosed by him twice, and he is very reluctant to prescribe anything. In my honest opinion seeing Dr. Nadelson is worth putting up with his staff. I avoid the NP at all costs.

Dr Nadelson was amazing with my mom he is caring knowledgeable and thorough. The office staff is terrible both in person and on the phone. They all need to take a customer service class or get into a new profession. I see how they treat the elderly in the office, like they are insignificant to them and whenever I call myself, just rude, and always a bad attitude. They should learn some people skills! But again, DR Nagelson is the Best!

Some of the staff is at times unpleasant. Dr. Nadelson is very busy (sometimes too much) and sometimes has emergencies which delay him at the hospital and then is late for appointments. Unfortunately, this can make the appointment shorter than usual. He is very knowledgeable and will refer a patient to specialists when needed. He is very helpful and pleasant to speak with. He will review his notes and check with patient about yearly physicals and testing which needs to be done.

After 2 years of bouts of vomiting and no help from Nadelson, my husband went to the ER with severe vomiting and pain, and was sent home by Nadelson. After another attack I pushed for a specialist referral. Nadelson only then called my husband back in for tests which showed gallstones. The gallbladder was a shrunken shriveled organ by the time it came out, and this is his specialty! There's no reasonable explanation for what took so long. This man's a loser.
