They are extremely disorganized. I changed my insurance last year and made sure to check and see if they had the change. The girl said they most certainly accepted that insurance. Come to find out they didn't and sent me a huge bill. I am on Social Security Disability. She told me I didn't pay they would send it to a collection agency and they did. I had to change rooms 3 times because there was something wrong with their machine. She told me a partially paralyzed vocal cord, and she told me she wanted to put me a medication for life because I had acid reflux. I refused. I went to another ENT and was told that my vocal cords was not partially paralyzed.
