I went in for two specific things. I wanted to get screened for a common infection, and I wanted a refill of a non-narcotic pain medication for my military injury. She did not want to be inconvenienced with writing me a prescription for the meds, and the clinic lost my blood draw and never even called or wrote me to tell me. I only found out that they lost it after I called to inquire and they had no idea what I was talking about. Half of the blame goes to Beaverton Neighborhood Health Center as surely not all of the blame can go to Karen. She also charged me full price for this visit including the lab draw which was lost. It was advertised as a free clinic for low income people.
