Dr. Pranger is the exception to the rule ! She is young, vibrant and bursting with knowledge..
I came into see her as my Dr and specialist didnt listen to me and blew me off for yrs . Dr. Pranger is an angel walking this earth . That fact of where she works and specializes in is remarkable in my story.
Abit about that .. long story short !
I had a very traumatic fall as a spunky little 7 yr old in 1987 ... the standard of care for such a fall was certainly not adequate at that time .
Turns out Cheo missed a massive injury to my left ovary, that I had to live with for 33 yrs .
When I came into see Dr Pranger I had no hope in hell to be helped as I was blown off as an I.B.S case. So, this fine doctor had to help my VERY serious condition through the I.B.S diagnosis. She vowed to fight for me - that's exactly what she did ...!
The pain and Dysphoric disorder I was left to cope with ( now knowing that ) I would have ended my life by August 2018 . This doctor SAVED my life . ❤
Full body scans are now mandatory- thank god !
I'm awaiting my records to see how much the standard of care has changed ! No one should have to live with a blown out ovary - absolute torture.
I owe my life to Dr. Pranger and will ALWAYS hold her in high esteem. Shes my hero and deserves all the accolades! I'm so grateful 😊❤

Dr. Pranger was approachable, knowledgeable and intelligent

Working on staff at GNGH, she helped diagnose my husband's very rare syndrome. She listened and believed me when others would not. I wish Dr. Pranger would go into private practise, but I think she is helping to save MANY more lives working at the hospital.
