Dr Welk was my surgeon to put in my nephrostomy tube. He never made the effort to introduce himself to me personally. I assume he was there in surgery however the only doctor I met was Dr Kovacs. I am now 7 weeks post OP and have yet to be able to book an appointment with him for my 6 week post OP check up. I have spoke with the receptionist numerous times and been told they will call me back but they never do. When I called today to follow up again I was told I do not need a 6 week check up regardless of the fact that I was instructed to book one when I left the hospital 🤦♀️So extremely frustrated with this office. They have proven to me that their patient care rating is less than 0!!
