I have no complaints. Teri is real down to earth and easy to talk with. Ive seen docs over the years that make you feel like a number. Teri isnt like that at all which is real nice. She returns calls too. Im happy with the meds im on. I only regret not coming sooner.

I have been seeing Teri Hardgrove for over one year and have been very happy with her. She has managed to reduce my medication and improve my general well being. If the occasion arises I would be happy to recommend her to any one suffering from mental health issues

My family is very very unhappy with nurse Teri Hardgrove. She acted all nice and sweet and asked me about my hobbies and eating habits and friendships and goals and so on at first. Then she insists I needed Abilify and Zoloft (or Buspar). She insists I have to start a regimen of Bipolar medicine before I can start medicine for panic attacks. She even whispered to me "Are you suicidal?" and when I asked her for back pain medicine (I have injuries to the back) she copped an attitude "What do you want me to do- give you a spinal tap?" and even though I had mentioned I can't drive and don't have a car anymore, she asked me about my driving habits. I do not trust Teri Hardgrove and I would not go to her again. I am very unhappy with the snobby staff at Psych Choices and their phone system is a confusing mess. STAY AWAY.
