Dr. Yearsly performed cataract operations on me and I was impressed by his knowledge and experience. He explained the routine very well.

Dr. Yearsley is wonderful...calm, kind... however his reception staff go out of their way to be as rude as possible...especially over the phone...burned out...time to retire gals!

The team was amazing. Dr. Yearsley was compassionate and extremely patient with my high anxiety. He calmly walked me through the entire process. 100/100 would recommend. Even with large waits for Nanaimo patients, the experience once you get to the clinic is excellent. They said it would be about an hour, I was in at 9:06 am and finished by 10:23.

Dr Yearsley was very patient, calm and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. My appointment was a little over an hour like I was told. The young ladys at the desk were extremely busy but friendly. I do find the the office manager very rude and talks down to patients and staff.

Dr Yearsley performed Cataract surgery on each eye three months apart . The surgeries reduced the need for glasses to reading glasses only. Dr. Yearsly was very informative and supportive both pre and post surgery. He is a consummate professiona. It is no surprise that he is very highly rated.

Dr. Yearsley is a terrific eye surgeon. I was lucky enough to have him referred to me through a walk-in clinic. I am autoimmune and was having a bout of iritis. I already knew what it was and the eye drops I needed. The walk-in clinic doctor didn't know about this condition and had me looking at an eye chart. I asked "what eye chart"? Told me to go to an optometrist. I knew this was serious and and an optometrist could not help. Finally, a phone call was placed to Dr. Yearsley and he told the clinic doctor to put the patient (me) on the phone. I told him what was happening and he got me into his office the next morning. He treated the iritis and scheduled me for cataract surgery. I'm so thankful to have him as an eye care specialist. He is very calm and personable as a physician. He restored my vision and I'm grateful for his help.

Dr. Yearsley did my upper lid blepharoplasty. Everything, from the information, to the surgery, to the follow-up, was seamless and professional. My stitches healed well and, thanks to Dr. Yearsley, my eyes are again the window to my soul! Thank you all for such a positive experience!
