HORRIBLE DOCTOR! I only had the experience of being treated and examined by an associate I thought was an intern only to find she is a nurse practitioner. All of the prescriptions were by her as well. I'm now finding some of them are irrelevant. I had to insist on his involvement in my care but only had 2 phone/video conferences. NEVER informed that he is retiring. I was told by another doctor ‐- totally unprofessional and unethical.

Terrible racial bias! Refused to provide me with adequate pain medication, even though he had proof of several painful problems i am suffering from. I was referred to this Dr. by a friend who is white, and he has been receiving large quantities of any pain meds he asks for. I do not recommend this Man to any minorities!

I had the fastest yearly physical ever. With heavy russian accent he asked me about 20 (yes/no) questions and checked my vital signs and breathing. Then he said I was in good health.... I had to re-do my physical somewhere else with a complete checkup and lab work.

As a new patient, I was initially hesitant because my prior doctor provided poor care and had bad bed side manner. Dr. Massen's staff was polite and gave me quick service. I waited only about 10 minutes before being seen. After a 10 minute evaluation by his nurse, Dr. Massen saw me and really listened to my problems. He was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to pinpoint my problem. My other appointments have been similar and I would strongly recommend Dr. Massen.

to see the Doctor Massen, you have to be patient. Once I had been waited for 90 minutes in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. I won't want to see him anymore.

When one makes an appointment should consider waiting for additional 30-40 min. Not very attentive.
