Dr Colin Andrews was an exceptional doctor, wonderful patient PR skills, I enjoyed his light heartedness nature, Australia healthcare is losing giants of the medical profession of Doctor Colin Andrews. Knowing that he has retired is a sad moment, I realise it would happen eventually.
A skillful and conscientious doctor with many years in this wonderful city , we were very blessed to have him. Wish you heaps of happiness Doctor, thankyou so much for being part of my health care.

Glad to hear he retired. Nearly killed me after being under great control with epilepsy for nearly 20 years. I made the mistake of taking generic epilim.2 weeks later a 15min + seizure stopped by ambulance.from there went way down hill as my meds were changed many times.2 n half years later 2 more seizures only stopped by ambulance and 26 tabs a day.very sick many trips to hospital. Thankfully i told him im not coming bk and went bk to just epilim. Nearly 6 years free of seizures.

Shocking doctor. Glad to see he's no longer practising. If I'd listened to his 'advice' about not treating my MS until it gets worse I would be so much worse off, what an absolute disgrace of a so called medical professional who can't even stay up with the current research. So glad I trusted my gut and got another opinion. Good riddance.

Dr Andrews is highly rated in my experience. He effectively treated my migraines with no fuss and no frills. Sure, he is not the friendliest specialist but it’s not his job to be friendly. He is/was one of he very best. Very sad that he is retired as I cannot find another neurologist who understands migraine and TMJ pain relief in the same way.

I saw Dr Colin Andrews in 1999. He diagnosed me with MS but said I was not bad enough to receive any treatment. He then told me to “come back when you start dragging a leg”. Super unprofessional in my opinion.
Pleased to read that he has retired. Should have probably retired much sooner.

Bonzo Andrews, the clown masquerading as a Neurologist has finally done the Canberra community a favour and retired. Should have been struck off a long time ago. Ex-patients rejoice!
