Dr Kotecha is kind and brilliant. I was referred to her by my optometrist in Rosslyn who could not figure out why I was not seeing better. Dr Kotecha was gentle. She did a thorough exam and knew exactly what the problem was. She answered all of my many questions and provided me with solutions to manage my condition. I am forever grateful and will continue to see her.

Dr. Kotecha is a nice person, but her practice is absolutely terrible. Looks like everyone she examines gets a diagnosis of glaucoma! My sister went to another ophthalmologist for a second opinion and got the opposite diagnosis! Her billing department fails to credit payments and refers her patients to collection agency; now, I am struggling to repair my credit. Stay away from this practice for your own good!

Caring, sweet physician who saw my 6 year old daughter who had scratched her eye and was in pain as an emergency. Took her time and made her feel comfortable. Speaks Spanish too. Would highly recommend.

I was a bit scared after reading other reviews here but decided to keep my appointment. That said, Dr. Kotecha was wonderful. I have been having unexplained eye issues for about three months, and have seen other opthamologists and a neurologist at this point (with no answers). Dr. Kotecha did an exam that was far more thorough than the other opthamologists I have seen, and she took a great deal of time in talking with me about my symptoms, medical history, and diagnosis. She seems a bit on the quiet side, but she was very friendly and had a caring bedside manner. I will absolutely continuing using her as my opthamologist.

I chose Dr. Kotecha for my Lasik procedure and could not be happier. She was patient and kind even though I was soo nervous and apprehensive. She took the time to do a thorough eye exam to confirm Lasik was right for me. She explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions prior to scheduling the lasik appt. She prescribed an anti anxiety pill and went into detail as to what I would experience. The whole procedure was painless and quick and the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend this office.
