Dr. Hess and staff really care about a whole person! Always professional, knowledgable, and caring. Am happy to have him in charge of my family's' health.

The doctor is personable, and like most he's busy. His staff on the other hand is another story; they are rude and not helpful. I can’t decide if they have been told to run interference for him or he has that many negative, rude people in his office.
