I think Dr. Pierson is a fantastic doctor! I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews, and went ahead and booked an appointment with her anyway--I couldn't be happier with the care I received. Not only was she very professional, she educated me regarding my health issues and the different treatment options, and was patient and answered all my (numerous!) questions. The only downside to the visit was that I had to wait a little while in the exam room before she made it in to see me, but is there any doctor that is ALWAYS on time? Overall, I will be recommending her to friends and family!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Pierson today. The office staff was very helpful and Dr. Pierson was amazing!!!!! She listened to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I am going to recommend her to everyone!

I love Dr. Pierson. She is so sweet and really listens to me. She is concerned about me as a person, not just a number in the clinic. I've been to see her sick and healthy, and have always had a good experience.

Worst personality and bedside manner of any doctor at Mercy. Extremely rude to my wife during our stay for our child to be born. Would never recommend.

I have never been treated so poorly by any professional. Dr. Pierson talked down to me and my husband, was extremely rude and not concerned about my medical issue. A nurse even had to coach me on how to have the doctor believe my pain level. Completely unprofessional and in general a very rude person. I have no confidence in her as a doctor.

I am hesitant when i use a new dr, i was referred to Dr Pierson's office by my regular dr to do a procedure. My first visit i was less than impressed the girls at the desk are rude and snarky and seem to be more interested in gossiping than helping patients. The girl who took my weight and blood pressure was awful the wrote my blood pressure down wrong causing the Dr to be alarmed and stressed me out. I wasn't given any medical history forms to fill out until after Dr Pierson asked me for them to which she seemed annoyed at me for it. The worst thing was the assistant ( the same one that wrote my bp down wrong) gave me a depo shot with out first checking my urine to see if i was pregnant. Dr Pierson came rushing back into the room right after she gave me the shot telling her to wait. when she realized she was to late she pulled the girl out and spoke to her in the hall way. I wasn't given an apology. Given all that i kept my next appointment with her and my second experience was much better. I do believe she is a good Dr but her staff needs serious improvements.

Dr. Pierson took over 6 weeks to get into. When I got in to see her she talked down about the previous doctor I had seen and made my health issue minimal. My problem was not important to her. She was supposed to refer me to another doctor but didn't bother to send the referral. She was rude and very abrupt in the conversation. It was the most uncomfortable appointment I've ever had. There is no reason to make patients feel stupid or talk bad about other doctors in other clinics. I would NEVER send anyone to see her and I can't believe she treats patients like that in the first place.

Dr. Pierson is AWESOME!!! She is so helpful and so knowledgeable and I would feel comfortable referring any of my friends or family members to her.
