Dr. Blackwell is very present when in the room; doesn't make you feel as if he is trying to hurry through to get to the next patient. He listens and answers questions and concerns and ensures there is understanding. He is a life saver!

Dr Blackwell is knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, sincere and patient. Wonderful traits for a Doctor . . . Rare and Exceptional traits for a specialist physician.
He saved my life multiple times since 2013 and did not give up when other doctors may have.
He looks you in the eye, is a straight shooter, and answers ALL of your questions patiently.
My husband and I have full confidence in his abilities, knowledge and sincerity.

Dr Blackwell is the most Awesome Dr I have found in a long time! We are so Blessed to have such of an outstanding Cardiologist in Ft Smith,Ar! He actually saved my Husbands life! He is so caring and knows so much about cardiology! I would recommend him to any one! I really do feel so blessed to have had the honor of such of an amazing Dr! Kuddos..............to Dr Blackwell!

for years my daughter has has issues with fast heart rate and feeling dizzy swelling. and etc. no one could find a cause but Dr. Blackwell did. he is very skilled and wonderful,she had the same test done numerous times but DR.Blackwell spotting 1 speck out of 70 pictures
