Our family has had varying experiences with Dr. Jones. He does have an excellent "bedside manner" and is most often smiling and talkative with patients. His general care of my kids as they grew up was very good, though they had no major health problems. You sometimes have to wait quite a long time to see him (longest wait time was around 1.5 hours), but not always. The office staff is excellent and make you feel very welcome, as well as his nurse. He treated my husband for a period of time (he has multiple and serious health issues/conditions) until he not only became somewhat critical of my husband, but also gave him a medication that could have caused him great damage or death due to one of his chronic illnesses. This is when he stopped seeing him. So, I'd say he is a good doctor for typical health care and your average illness, but probably not for folks who have serious health conditions/illnesses.

Have been going to Dr. Jones for over five years and have not had one complaint with him.

Dr Jones is in my opinion one of the best Dr's in his field in my area... He is very good with checking everything you want to talk about with him and never ever rushes you in and out... He is very helpful even with problems that you did not come in to see him about but maybe want to ask about while you are there.... very good Dr....
