Ms Hickey -Dwyer has been looking after me for the past 19 years and provided me with sight saving service comparable to any place in the world. The public nowadays want to be pampered without giving any thought to the immense pressure our health proffessionals are under.

Without question an excellent dr however her manner leaves a lot to be desired - quick abrupt and rude to her patients to the point of condescending limiting the engagement to avoid being scoulded.

This woman transgressed all qualities ascribed to a competent doctor, and I would go further but for limits to what I can say. Only
for outside timely intervention forcing her to reverse her decision to undo cancellation on my surgery at four in the afternoon, I would left with little sight in my one remaining good eye.
