I very much agree with the other ratings of Dr. Poole. He is a very good doctor, and he shows genuine concern for his patient. As regards some members of the staff, that is another matter.

I went to Doctor Poole for the first time. He made me feel at ease right away with his kindness and genuine concern. He took his time with me and I didn't feel rushed. A real gentleman with a sense of humour.

Fantastic doctor. Always listens, is respectful, attentive, and friendly. He's knowledgeable, but he also knows when he's reached the limits of his knowledge and needs to refer to a specialist. Very competent and kind, I always feel that he has my best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend him.

The one problem I have is the secretaries at his clinic. They're rude, unfriendly, and treat me as if I'm stupid. It makes me nervous to call for appointments...
